The Lender will require that a surveyor inspect the property and provide a current location survey. This survey provides information on property boundaries and also ensures that the property that you are purchasing is on the lot that you have been shown. Resource Title will arrange for this to be done for you. Even in cash purchases ,you, as the Buyer, have the option to purchase a survey. Simply notify us. At settlement, you will receive a copy of the survey.
